It’s no secret that the Starlight Property team work tirelessly to exceed expectations and provide winning outcomes. So, it was a joy to have that dedication formally recognised at the 2022 REIWA Awards for Excellence.

The REIWA Awards for Excellence is an industry celebration with more than 400 WA real estate professionals. Gathering at Crown Perth in April, REIWA Chief Executive Officer Neville Pozzi said 2021 had been a remarkable year for the WA property market and this was reflected in the stellar nominations from this year’s winners and finalists.

Two awards for Starlight Residential.

Standing with peers and industry professionals, we were honoured to take home the Small Residential Agency of the Year Award. Sean Seet, Starlight’s Senior Sales Executive, was also announced Residential Salesperson of the Year. Both these awards acknowledge real estate professionals who demonstrate best practice and regularly go above and beyond for their clients, the industry and wider community. We were also credited with upholding exemplary industry standards and ensuring strong outcomes for our clients.

This is a wonderful achievement for us and we’re so proud to share it with our clients and the community. Seeing as the Perth housing market is experiencing a particularly difficult time, we know these awards will help Starlight continue to build familiarity and credibility amidst a challenge period.

On the national stage

As winners in the 2022 Awards for Excellence winners, we’ll represent WA in the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s National Awards for Excellence in 2023. This is a huge opportunity that we’re very excited for — stay tuned!
