FIRST Venture of BUYING & RENTING A Pleasant One!

Upon collection of my keys, I engaged the service of the Jean from Starlight Property Group for the management of my property. In a matter of weeks, my unit was rented out to a nice family with a lease of 2 years. The management did an excellent job in the upkeep of my unit and I don't have to worry about the collection of rentals. Every month, a detailed summary of an owner statement would be emailed to me. Every 3 months, a routine inspection would be carried on my property and the report would also be emailed to me.
