With more than four years of dedicated service at Starlight Property Group, Renneth Seet brings a strong combination of sales support, property management expertise, and operational capability to the team. Having progressed from Personal Assistant to Property Management Assistant, Renneth has developed a well-rounded understanding of multiple facets of the real estate industry.

During his early years with Starlight Property Group, Renneth played an active role in marketing and sales support. He managed social media property listings and email prospecting campaigns, while also assisting the sales team through attendance at home opens, engaging with prospective buyers, and coordinating on-site marketing activities such as directional signage and door-knocking campaigns. In addition, he supported the preparation of appraisal reports by reviewing and verifying property data alongside Sales Agents.

Renneth later transitioned into the role of Property Management Assistant, where he plays an integral part in supporting both landlords and tenants. His responsibilities include managing trust account transactions for rental and sales activities, preparing monthly statements and end-of-financial-year reports, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, and continuing to support the sales team during home opens.
